About Me
I live in rural Western Australia on a farm approximately 3 hours east of Perth. We have sheep and also grow wheat, lupins, barley, field peas and oats.
I am not a country girl by birth, I moved out here to share the beautiful clean air with my husband in 2004. Since moving to the farm I have found that country employment opportunities are limited and I decided to turn my hobby of buying and selling online into a full time business.
Everything I have done has been self taught. It sometimes takes a little longer to complete a task but I received great satisfaction, working out the problems.
Why two different ranges?
Crafting is not a hobby that is easy on the bank balance, but I do enjoy spending hours creating items individually.
I also found that country craft (being that I am now in the country) appeals to a select few people. Also a lot of my items unfortunately cannot be sent overseas due to having flower products or grains inside.
The collectable items enable me to update my crafting equipment and buying more supplies, whilst not taking up too much of my precious crafting time! Plus they can go anywhere in the world! Selling internationally gives me a buzz with customers in Canada, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Russian Federation, US & UK to name a few!
